Come Try Ringette - OCTOBER 20th, 2024 - FREE EVENT!

 

Join us on Sunday, October 20th @ 9am for a free on-ice session. This session will be led by our qualified instructors to teach you the basics of ringette. No experience needed - bring skates, helmet and warm gloves!!

We will provide sticks and rings to show you how to shoot, pass and skate with the ring. Come and see why ringette is called the fastest sport on ice!!!

 

What do I need for Come Try Ringette? Skates, Ice Skating Helmet with cage, winter mitts or gloves. Other protective equipment is nice to have, as it can lessen the impact of a fall, but is not necessary. (no bicycle helmets permitted)

 

What does Come Try Ringette look like? Participants are led through various games and activities. There will be plenty of on-ice helpers to assist those who are learning to skate, and others to playfully challenge those who want more.  

 

How do I register my child?  *Pre-registrations are required. Visit Come Try Ringette! To find our event,  filter on Province Ontario and scroll down until you locate CLARENCE-ROCKLAND RINGETTE.  You can then expand the description and click on REGISTER NOW.
